interruptions, clarify positions, and conclude the meeting.

and opening, argumentation, conceeding, rejection or accepting,

All the above is done within the framework of

with role-playing (CD recordings), consolidation and with the
possibility to work on appropriate internet sites, or using the
daily press
It
is possible to visit regional businesses, in English, such as
wine farms, a chocolate factory, etc...
Certain afternoons will be used to visit
the region in
English using the everyday language
and knowledge you always need in business, for those relationships
that are
so often weaved outside of the workplace , where most transactions
are really won!
The
diversity of the cultural sites, all within easy reach of the training
centres, will definitely satisfy all tastes, and will give you
an interest in the English for culture, architecture, local
heritage etc..
In
Provence we could visit Avignon or the Pont du Gard and its museum,
or Baux de Provence with its Cathedral of Images.
In the Perigord, Montignac with the
Lascaux Prehistoric Caves or Sarlat and its medieval town
centre.
Depending on the programme, dinner might be taken certain
evenings with one or more teachers, and from time to time with their
English friends.
As
well as your "free" evenings, we organise certain theme evenings,
films in English, or mini-conferences followed by discussion, eg:
discovering the English speaking countries, where our teachers
have lived (Zimbabwe, South Africa, Australia or England).
