Terms and prices

Single-day courses start at 9a.m. and finish around 7p.m.

Week-long courses, with accommodation, begin on Sunday evening and finish on Saturday morning.

Week-long courses, without accommodation, begin on Monday morning at 9a.m. and finish on Friday evening at 7p.m.

1- Two-to-One or Small groups

The classes and lunch  are all offered in a magnificent mas or charming hotel  near Isle-sur-la-Sorgue or in our home in the Perigord (see Accommodation). Certain  meals are taken while out with the teachers during the various activities.

Our prices decrease on a sliding scale from two to four people, and take into account the programme and activities pre-decided with you.

2- One-to-One 

The accent is on  flexibility and our offer is 'made to measure'.

To give an example of our prices:

A week of intensive English on a one-to-one basis, without accommodation or evening meal will cost 2350.00 euros before VAT.

For groups of one to four trainees, the price per person will be 1050.00 euros before VAT.

Accommodation in the Perigord, including dinner bed and breakfast, will cost 70 euros per person per night.                 

Our 'Accomodation' formula includes the following:

All meals from Sunday evening to Saturday morning 9a.m.

A private room for 6 nights from Sunday afternoon to Saturday morning.

The 'No Accommodation' formula includes all lunch meals from Monday to Friday.

Whatever the formula , we also include,

- All the classes and stationery.

- The coffee and tea breaks.

- All the visits and excursions (vehicules and entrance tickets included) that are planned in our programme.                 

Our prices include collection on arrival and departure from the nearest station or airport.

Not included are the following:

all extras: drinks taken at the hotel bar or on the excursions, telephone calls and all visits and excursions that are not included in the programme.

It is possible for those who wish to, to arrive earlier or leave later in order to enjoy a full weekend in Provence, and why not with your family, prices decided accordingly.

The benefit of these classes is kept intact if  the students in a group have a similar level. Therefore a level test, both oral and written,  will be proposed before the starting date. 

For these reasons, the reservations should preferably be made 4 to 5 weeks in advance.

How to pay?

By bank payment or company cheque.

No payment by credit card can be accepted, except for the personal extras at the hotel or Chambre d'Hôte. 

The reservations only become definite after:

-payment of 40% of the invoice at the time of booking.

-payment of the remainder 10 days before the beginning of the course.

No reduction can be given for a late arrival or an early departure.

Cancellation Terms.

One month before starting date: 10% of the total amount is due.

From 10 days to one month before starting date: 25% of the total amount is due.

From 0 to 10 days before starting date: 40% of the total amount is due, as well as the deposit.

(For all non-payment 10 days before starting date , we cannot maintain the booking and will keep the deposit to pay the hotel.)
