Accommodation

In Provence you will lodge near Isle sur la Sorgue, in small, charming 3-star "hotels de charme" or provençal mas(stone-farmhouses), for example the lovely "Mas de Cure Bourse", "Hotel du poète", or the "Mas des Carmes" run by a very friendly English family and whose son, James, is an excellent and fully qualified chef. 

In the Perigord noir you will stay in our own home, a 19th century bourgoise house, in a beautiful park.

The rooms are all private, with en-suite bathroom, and they all look out over the gardens,  where the most energetic amongst you can go for early morning walks in the calm, beautiful surroundings.

Breakfast and lunch will be served on the premises  or near the mas or hotel, and will give you the opportunity to taste fine English or local cuisine.

The evening meal will often be eaten out, after one of the visits, depending on the programme.

The selected restaurants are typical of the region and very friendly. They give us the opportunity to stop in the surrounding villages.
